This “FDA and the TGA" approved too toxic Diagnostic Radiological Positive Oil Base Contrast Medium used as a injectable DYE in X-rays mainly for Myelograms [in the spine] or sometimes in Diskograms [neck] has destroyed tens of millions of lives in America and hundreds of thousands in Australia causing serious disability horrendous unrelenting chronic pain and death to many. This "DYE" was developed from WASTE WATER FROM FILM PROCESSING by EASTMAN KODAK. The following Companies and specific personnel referred to in this story played a significant role in this abuse of human life. They are EASTMAN KODAK, Rochester University, Hazelton Laboratories, Lafayette Pharmacal, and later ALCON and Lafayette Pharmaceutical in America. Myodil was produced by GLAXO as a copy of Pantopaque without checking 'if it was safe' for humans relying on EASTMAN KOGAK tests which were fraudulently manipulated. Soon after Iophendylate Pantopaque/Myodil was licensed by the FDA, GLAXO UK imported the active ingredient Iophendylate from KODAK America and produced MYODIL through a 'sweetheart' deal with Eastman Kodak.
